UNISON is conducting a survey of all ambulance members to understand your views on issues we know are important to you such as early retirement, unsocial hours provisions and your health and wellbeing given the pressures you find yourselves under day in, day out when carrying out your roles.

We are surveying members right across the UK, though we ask that the section on unsocial hours provisions should only be completed by those in England given there are different arrangements which exist within the devolved countries.
The survey should only take 7 minutes to complete, and the results will be used by the UNISON ambulance occupational group to help build and develop our national ambulance workplan, identify key issues for us to take forward via the National Ambulance Social Partnership Forum (England), as well as to help us to shape future UK wide ambulance campaigns. As an occupational group, ambulance members not only play an essential role in the communities you serve, but you are also extremely valuable members of UNISON and have been instrumental in helping us to secure better outcomes for the entire health membership, right across the NHS and throughout the UK.
