LAS UNISON have today responded to the EMT4 management proposal.  We have consulted through our workplace rep and senior sector rep network across the LAS and the attached letter (below) highlights the issues we recognise as a result. NO to 18% Fee Rise by the HCPC

In spite of overwhelming opposition, the HCPC are proceeding with the unjustified 18% increase in fees for Paramedics and others that they regulate.  UNISON is not going away! HCPC Fees increase consultation

Staff Council publishes guidance on new pay progression system for England

The NHS Staff Council has finalised a package to support implementation of the new system for pay progression, in line with the provisions in the England Framework Agreement on pay.
