Calendar
The branch's work runs to a rhythm of regular meetings — and they're yours to take part in.
Branch meetings
Branch meetings are where members hear what's happening across the London Ambulance Service, debate the issues that matter, and decide how the branch acts on your behalf. Any member can attend.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Once a year the branch holds its Annual General Meeting. The AGM is where members elect the branch officers and committee for the year ahead, agree the branch's priorities, and look back over the past year's work. Every member is entitled to attend, speak and vote.
Branch committee
Between general meetings, the elected branch committee meets to carry on the day-to-day business of the branch. You can see who sits on the committee on the Your Branch page.
How to find out what's on
Dates and venues for upcoming meetings are shared with members ahead of time. To make sure you don't miss anything:
- keep an eye on branch News for announcements;
- ask your workplace rep, who will know what's coming up;
- contact the branch if you'd like the date of the next meeting.
