November is young workers’ month!

We will be aiming to raise the profile of young workers and young UNISON members by recruiting and organising them to help us win better working conditions and build an even stronger union.

UNISON survey: bullying and harassment of young workers 2016

This survey is open to all young workers (not just UNISON members) under the age of 27. It closes on Friday 25 November 2016.
Bullying has been identified as a key issue for young workers. This survey is to help us find out more about young workers experience.

  • Abuse of authority which violates the dignity of an individual or a group of people;
  • Creating a hostile environment against an individual;
  • The undermining, humiliation or injury of an individual

You can complete our survey anonymously if you wish. There is an option to provide an email address in case you are happy for us to contact you for further information, but this is entirely up to you.

However, UNISON would like to stress that if you are a UNISON member there is advice and support available,  information is given at the end of the survey about getting assistance.
