Annex E (Unsocial Hours) Formal Dispute

On the 1 September the LAS along with other ambulance services across the country advised they would now be deducting unsocial hours payments from staff who were off sick unless this was a work related illness or injury.

Please see below correspondence relating to this matter along with the service HR bulletin.

UNISON have lodged a formal dispute in this matter and are taking legal advice on challenging this decision. We will keep you updated on developments on this site and through our e-mail list.
