This Pay and Conditions circular informs employers of textual amendments to the
NHS terms and conditions of service handbook (Agenda for Change) to
the recent introduction of Shared Parental Leave;
general amendments to ensure continued compliance with equalities
legislation and consistency with good practice.
The amendments to the NHS terms and conditions of service handbook, detailed in
